In the true sense of the word “diversity” - diversity is a good thing, that benefits organizations (corporations, partnerships, institutions.) If a corporation is anything it should be a structure for harnessing diverse talents and capabilities, hopefully pointing them in the right direction for the benefit of shareholders.
The problem is that the diversity mentality that is being enforced now is not about diverse ideas and capabilities, it is about a unified perspective - a groupthink. A unified thought process rather than a diverse one. It is antithetical to the essential concept of liberty in this country and the central concept of organizational advantage (harnessing diverse capabilities.) It is a rather large joke, and has been since I received diversity training in the mid-1990’s with a large midwestern corporation I was working for at the time. Thankfully I have been self-employed for the last 24 years, not beholden to any of this bullshit.
“Diversity” has nothing to do with diverse capabilities and talents.
It was always anti-white racism.
As a victim of it I know exactly what it was and is.
