The sketch in question was an episode of “Wayne’s World” in which Wayne and Garth presented a top ten list of the things liked about Bill Clinton. One of the items as “Chelsea.” IIRC, they snickered and then shouted their famous “NOT!” line.
But, hey, hands of the little princess. I read somewhere that the bit has never aired again. That’s the power that the Clintons have, but little Chels has been playing victim about it for 30+ years.
