Our elected masters’ time is special.

They can’t be bothered by speed limits and red lights.

When I drove an ambulance, we didn’t use lights and sirens transporting a patient unless the patient was critical. We stopped at lights and drove at the limit.

But not our masters. Lights and sirens, pomp and circumstance, time is critical. Make way, make way.

Well, just be thankful they don’t do what the President does. When Trump’s motorcade came past my work one time, they blocked off the route like an hour ahead of time and towed any cars that hadn’t been moved. Then you don’t need to worry about traffic lights at all :)
