You can guess the ethnicity of the “teens” without looking.
The public pool in our town opened for the year on Memorial Day with a rough start. A bunch of “teens” invaded and began pushing, shoving, cursing loudly at each other, the other patrons and the lifeguards. This went on for a few days until the complaints started hitting social media and the management, to their credit, began expelling the troublemakers with the warning that their behavior would not be tolerated and if it were to continue, they would be banned for the entire summer. Summer is long and hot in Tennessee. When they returned the next day, they were much better behaved. The problem with black kids is that most have never been made to behave so they revert to ghetto talk and behavior.

Not really “Shocking”, Daily Mail. The thing about the DM is that while they do report a lot that others might not, their writing is generally imbecilic.
And according to the DM style guide (I presume) all things fall into one of two categories: "shocking" or "hilarious". Just the way it is!
