You appear as a digital version of yourself. You start off by letting it scan your face. It’s quite ambitious as a device. There’s no haptic feedback but it could happen at some point down the road.

The writer neglected to mention if you look at your Mac, for example, it connects to the Mac and you can interact with the Mac through the vision pro typing either on a virtual keyboard that you see or using an existing Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad.

Price is a barrier but not so much for enthusiasts and developers. Battery life is only two hours but you can also plug it in with usb c. It supports iOS and iPad OS apps as well as its own.

To me it’s dorky and creepy at the same time. I work in tech and have my share of gadgets. I would never want anything like that or to even try it. I get a headache just thinking about it.
