Woke Microsoft has added a Pride flag to the widgets board located on the taskbar of Windows 11 to demonstrate its allegiance to the LGBT agenda. Here’s how to disable it.
GeekerMag reports that Microsoft has added a Pride flag to the widget board of its newest operating system, Windows 11, as a gesture of support for Pride Month.
The decision appears to be an effort by Microsoft to display its commitment to diversity and inclusion. The company believes in the woke LGBT agenda to such a degree that it does give users the option to remove the pride flag from their desktop. Despite Microsoft forcing the icon on all users, there are a few workarounds to remove the pride flag.
There are no settings or options for removing the Pride flag directly in Windows 11’s settings app, widget board settings, or anywhere else. This leaves you with the following choices:
1 Hide the Widgets panel.
2 Uninstall the Widgets panel entirely and reinstall it later (or never!).
Here are the steps to hide the Widgets panel in Windows 11:
1 Right-click on the Taskbar and select ‘Taskbar settings’.
2 In the Taskbar settings page, under ‘Taskbar items’, toggle off the Widget button. The Widget, and thus the Pride flag, will no longer appear. You can undo these changes to restore the Widget at any point.

There’s a flag?
“The decision appears to be an effort by Microsoft to display its commitment to diversity and inclusion”
The decision appears to be an effort by Microsoft to cram the pervert agenda down people’s throats.
I don’t have one.
Well, Microsoft can CRAM IT about 2.5 feet lower. Damn Microsoft Perverts.
Big Tech has bowed down to the radical left and is willing to help them implement their agenda of destroying the minds of the folks.
I wonder if that gay flag appears in Saudi Arabia or Iran.
So does it just appear there if you have widgets turned on? That’s too much.
How about this.... ditch Microsoft entirely and go to a Linux distribution. Ubuntu studio Red hat and several others are more efficient as windows, can look just like a windows machine, and are amazingly easy to set up...... boycott Microsoft and hit that miserable SOB Gates in the wallet.
Widgets? I aggressively deleted all of them preemptively. They hog resources and hide spyware. Anything worth doing with a widget is done better with a browser (NOT Edge) on some web page.
Don’t know what Widgets is/are for, but mine has been turned off since I got the computer.
I am so glad I don’t have a Microsoft OS anymore.
I have an iPad now for years. I know, they’re not any better, but at least (so far)
they haven’t messed with my Home Screen.
I don’t see it on mine.
Hence why I will not update to W11 and will instead stick with W7 and Linux. Take that MicroPerverts!
A new feature built into Windows 11 is when the gay pride flag is displayed, touching your mouse gives you an STD.
I run Linux. No big corporation trying to shove a perverted agenda replete with groomers, pedophiles and sicko's down my throat.
Just a nice, clean desktop that I can make look however I want and without someone pushing their homo agenda at me without my consent.
Dump Microsoft.
Ping for later.
I couldn’t find the flag.
Sometimes it’s good to have Windows 7, which MS treats as like the Bidens treat their newest grandchild. They ignore us, and we’re comfortable with that.
How can I get rid of pride month in my google calendar?
Sticking with Windows 7 until it’s totally unusable.
