There are no UFOs being held in Area 51, or the basement of the Alamo.
We now know that in the late 1970s and 1980s there was a lot of work going on developing the F-117 in Area 51, and before that it was development of the SR-71 and its variants.
It is this work that explains the daily JANUS flights from Las Vegas to Area 51 during those years.
