They recovered something and took it for a test spin. A test rip. I and three others saw it in spring of 1980 /1981 when the pickeral are running in the North Saskatchewan River just west of Edmonton, Alberta.
The thing was fast! The pilot whipped up some triangles, fast stops and starts. They pulled a horizon to horizon rip in a about a minute. I think they were sitting about 5 miles up. Probably hit Hawaii in 8-10 minutes.
The speed and maneuvers couldn’t be replicated by any aircraft on this planet at the time.
I’m sure they had overdrive but hadn’t learned to use it yet.
Maybe afraid to kick it in to gear???

If it's real and not bull...we'll find out pretty soon because a lot of military whistleblowers (previously restricted by NDA's) are coming out of the woodwork.

so far down the food chain on this type of stuff that its impossible to know if there is any truth to the persons claim. believe that if true it would be hidden from the public but also believe people love to tell tall tales.
