That’s the point at which the store owner decides to inject a few bananas with some kind of ‘medicine’ and leave the fruit on display for the next round of Monkeyshines.
What was it Lady Godiva was supposed to have said
“Let Them Eat Bananas!” after a lovely snack, they take a nap, from which they never awake.
Just make sure the ‘medicated’ fruit is not sold to the public. No need to inadvertantly reduce your market base.
