The ciphers are the ciphers. Many are very old. It’s possible (likely?) that the names you might be referring to came to be after the cipher was created.
The Satanic cipher is specifically geared to 666, for the reasons stated in the original post - 666 being the 36th triangular number. It begins with A = 36, B = 37...all the way to Z = 61. The cipher doesn't change. But names DO change. New names come into the public consciousness all the time.
Keeping in mind that the four base ciphers are used a majority of the time (Ordinal, Reduction/Pythagorean, Reverse Ordinal, Reverse Reduced).
The phrase “81 Million Votes” as a headline only came into existence in 2020, and the Satanic cipher existed long before that. An argument can be made that the number 81 was chosen - not only for the Satanic cipher, but other Gematria and numerology uses. 81 is the value of the phrase, MARK OF THE BEAST - in the Reverse Reduced cipher. The word, RITUAL has a value of 81 in both the Ordinal and Reverse Ordinal ciphers. THE ILLUMUNATI = 81 in Reverse Reduced; HORUS = 81 in the Ordinal cipher; (Eye of Horus…Eye of Providence). The connections exist, irrespective of interpretation.
