Well,
RMS Companies is a luxury hotel/apartment developer (nothing is too good for Yale undergrads), but from their website it looks like they are the money people and I'm sure they don't do much engineering.
HOWEVER
I bet dollars to donuts that a contract with Yale probably incentivizes or requires diverse engineering hires, just like the Florida International University bridge collapse - up until the day of the disaster FIU was bragging on the women-owned engineering firm they hired to do the work.
Needs FResearch.

The HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing guys are
B2R Consulting Engineers a start-up in business about a year, with 3 very non-diverse principals, but it doesn't look like they did the structural work.

The architects are
Lessard Design, as identified in the B2R Portfolio section.
However, 188 Lafayette is not on Lessard's website as part of their portfolio.

Maffs is racist. I guarantee the smahhht people at Hahhhhvahd made sure every company involved was a diverse owned company. Just like that bridge that collapsed in Florida.
