Hell, the media impairs my deep sleep. Visions of loathing, hate, disdain, and desires to launch them into the sun keep interfering with good dreams.

There's no excuse for people being overweight anymore.

Go on a low-carb diet and cut out junk food. Period.

Its all about inflammation, and yes indeed, sugar and simple carbs in excess are a key cause
