I don’t understand all this.
Another thing that has me scratching my head. Why would the State of Florida approach 16 illegals that arrived in Texas from Venezuela and offer them jobs, put them on a private jet, fly them to Sacramento and dump them off in front of a church?
California AG is accusing Florida of everything to kidnapping. But it doesn’t make sense. Is this rope-a-dope or something more nefarious?

Seems like some kind of publicity stunt by the CA AG.
I hadn’t heard about the 16 illegals, approached .... and, transported to CA ... by the State of FL.
