What John Durham won’t say is he didn’t seek criminal indictments for Russia collusion perps bc the venue is Washington DC. A grand jury made up of same voters from a near-100 Democratic city wouldn’t indict any major Democratic figure. Even if it got past indictment stage, defendants would be treated with kid gloves by DC judges tossing counts and limiting what evidence Durham could produce. The legal/judicial system in DC is hopelessly biased and rigged against Republicans and in favor of Democrats. (See Sussmann case). Even if Durham had a rock solid case of say, conspiracy, which he clearly did, and even if case went trial, no way a DC jury convicts.
