Road Runner........Please think back to a video I believe of someone who said he worked in a special part of a secret intel area with very high teck computer system unknow to others. He said someone had a flashdrive from Seth take the night in DC ...this person was unable to see what the flashdrive contained and gave it to this guy on the video to read.

We are to believe Rod Rosenstein was over this secret area..(sorry, trying to remember the details)

It was Rosenstein who hired the MS13 guys to get the flashdrive physically from Seth. Rosenstein was said to have been in a near parking lot to retrieve the stolen flashdrive. He then (Rod) drove his wife's car down to the Carolina's (I believe that's where the MS guys were shot). Rod considered they were a weak link. (toll area would have evidence of Rod going down there)

Now to focus, Rod was given part of what was in the flashdrive and this person on the video had the original and was giving it to someone he said he fully trusted.
