Why would they leave a well open when they have 2 year old's running around? My daughter worked at two daycare centers. Some don't have enough workers to safely supervise small children. They usually keep the kids in a fenced in play area when they go outside to play. It's a real shame that this family lost their precious child. I don't know how I would handle such a loss.
