The truth matters, so whether MacGregor is deranged or Zelensky is a dog of the deep state are largely irrelevant. I added the "deranged" comment because MacGregor has been making such boneheadedly wrong pronouncements for over a year now, and I can't think of any other explanation besides some kind of mania.
