Dependent on who is telling the story.

Dependent on who you want to believe.

If the Democrats can win elections with dead voters then Ukraine can win a war with dead soldiers!

I thought Ukraine was winning.

That would make sense, because the Russian army has been forced to retreat from many areas, leaving a lot of dead and captured Russian soldiers behind.

But in the strange world of Russian propaganda somehow the side that is getting "decimated" is able to drive the other side out of most of the land it captured early in the war.
