No, he knew she was going to win regardless. She holds the power and there was no reason to tick her off when Pillow guy or Harmeet were not going to win (which is too bad Harmeet didn’t win, but that’s the problem, Ronna was a shoe-in).

I think that’s exactly why he supported her. But he shouldn’t have. She already had betrayed him and he knew that. Lindell was someone he KNEW would be an ally but he went with Ronna instead.
Not ticking her off, or ticking her off, really wasn’t something he should’ve considered. She would have screwed him either way.
