That’s a sobering article. It matches the sources that I look to for information. Russia has adjusted and they are a much more competent military. Russia has their weapons production on a war footing and they are turning out all kinds of weapons and ammunition. I don’t have a dog in this fight but if I had to bet I would put a stack of money on the Russians.
