Rand should run for President again this year. He’d have as good a shot as anyone. Probably just doesn’t want to be dragged down into Trump’s swine pit.
No for President, but Yes for Minority Leader now, Majority in 2024. Maybe he could cut some deals with waivering Democrats to get the to switch or caucus with Republicans and he could become Majority now.

Maybe coming up with one solitary thing would bolster the notion that never Trumpers have that grasp of US politics yet unseen.
More likely, Paul thinks, based on his past comments, that Trump had the election stolen and that he's fine with letting the real winner run again.
