Since I like both Trump and DeSantis, and I think either one would do a great job in cleaning up the mess created by the current disaster in the WH, my question is, “Who has the best chance of winning in 2024”? Trump is loved by his base, but is his base enough to get him the win?

And DeSantis has been a great governor and he’s only 44. He’s stood up to the looney left in a way no other governor has.

If DeSantis runs against Biden, the differences in age will be striking. Not so much with President Trump as he will by 78 at the time of the election.

Trump made some terrible appointments which backfired on him and he pushed the Covid vax. OTOH, he did some great things: defeating ISIS, the Abraham Accords, a secure border, a great economy (until Covid hit).

Either way, I’ll be voting for whomever gets the nomination.

I'd bet Trump has more energy than Biden and Desantis combined...

And better presidential experience than both combined.

And better life experience in the real world than both combined.

...Both Biden and Desantis have spent their adult lives sucking the public teat.

What is the evidence, based on 1/20/17-1/20/21, that Trump "would do a great job" cleaning up the mess?

3 questions for Mr. Trump:

1) Why did you fire General Flynn?
2) Why did you not order Rod Rosenstein to fire Robert Mueller, and, if he refused, why did you not fire them both?
3) When General Milley called a press conference to apologize for accompanying you on the still-smoldering streets of Washington, why did you not order him court-martialed for insubordination and defiance of duly-constituted authority?

All you "he's got what it takes" people need to think about those three questions, and what they tell you about the man.
