Isn’t moisture made up of the dangerous solvent dihydrogen monoxide? Somebody needs to call the EPA, wake the president up from his nap, do something!!

Not banned, taxed. The more humid southern states will receive .gov humidity tax aid and the drier western states will have an Arid Tax to pay for it.
