She’s okay. It seems she got too close to Biden and he latched on to her and went for the Big Sniff. When he did this she smelled his diaper and fainted. She’s expected to recover fully even though she may be traumatized for life.

One big flaw in these photo ops is they put subjects of awards “in position” long before the speaker (i.e. Biden) saunters to microphone. When even troops stand in formation too long they start to faint due to blood flow problems. Stop using awardees as props. They are human. They have to move around... and pee (ala Forest Gump with Pres. Kennedy).
