Btw, Patel is cagey. He did not commit, himself, to the view of many Durham critics, who complained against Durham letting HRC’s statute of limitations run out.

I was going to say after reading your DOC there, that surely Kash Patel already knew this.

If so, he did not share knowledge of it. He let that criticism hang right out there. Tickling the ears of the Regime black hats is part of his job, while knowing justice is coming.

Whether or not the statute of limitations has expired depends on a number of factors. The period may be extended when the accused is a fugitive or when the case involves charges of child abuse, bankruptcy, wartime fraud against the government, or DNA evidence. Was there a declaration of war of some kind (maybe around 2001?) that has never been revoked?

Typically, the time limitations begin to run as soon as the crime has been completed. However, if Hillary and her co-conspirators have conducted themselves in ways that further the original conspiracy, the clock starts over with each new act (e.g. coverup).
