Every ticket I’ve ever had to race no matter what kind of race has a disclaimer right on the ticket that they’re not responsible for any injuries it may be incurred or whatever the lawyers speak on ticket was.
Also Gravity, Kinetics and Inertia have their own rules and they are not Negotiable.
