That's a rather stupid statement. It is basically claiming that Bud is a victim of fickle, disloyal consumers. That Bud did nothing to precipitate the backlash, that they could be next for no reason.
They can never fix their mistakes until they start by admitting they made them. Blaming their target consumer group is not the way to that. It doesn't sound like the other brands have thought too deeply about just how this happened, either.
