Who the hell drinks American beer? Seriously.
I proudly only stick real deal German imported in or else a special home brew from my nephew who is badass when it comes to making beer and bottling.
Ughhhhh Cancer in a bottle. Can’t take anyone who drinks American beer seriously when it comes to knowledge of good beer.

Lots of people. German beers are decent, but very few are especially great. Many of their brewers follow the Reinheitsgebot, and that makes it very limiting on what they're able to make, not to mention the general German proclivity to stick to what they know. Try buying a range of German beers sometime. I bet each brewery has only a couple different styles, and each same-style beer (from a different brewery) tastes pretty similar. When's the last time you actually had a good German stout or oud bruin / red or brown sour ale? Even Shiner has better lineup diversity than Germany, and they're not very experimental at all.
