Many of the subgroups in that alphabet soup really don’t like the others (or at least their movement). It used to be GLBT before it became LGBT. Yeah, gays and lesbians are not fans of each other. The TQ* groups despises the bisexuals because the latter implies two sexes.

This doesn’t sit well, especially with gay men. They, especially, aren’t interested in ‘trans men’. Gay men want a real dick....same with lesbians and ‘trans women’, a ‘transitioned’ vagina isn’t real - in fact you must keep ‘opening the hole’ otherwise it’ll close up, made from your colon - and is only a couple of inches deep. So sex doesn’t work with any cross-over in this ‘community’.

I have trouble keeping up with the pronouns and abbreviations. It use to be men and women, gay or straight. I don't go out of my way to offend people but if I see a man I call him a man. I'm not interested in playing a person's identity games. I also won't address one person as they or them. People who expect me to ignore reality are expecting way too much. I live in a reality based world and try to approach life with a common sense attitude. That could trigger some people in today's society. If that does happen I'm OK with it because I know there is no maliciousness on my part.
