Yep. Sounds a little like the old mob compliment “Nice little boutique you have here. Be a shame if something happened to it.”. Except the mob you're referring to was decimated because the Democrats didn't like competition. The Democrats are the new mob and the urban yutes are the soldiers. Instead of handing over the cash from their misdeeds, the cut is counted in votes.
