Obviously, a responsible gun owner.

Didn’t raise the gun from his side while he assessed the situation. That’s how it’s done.

Can’t read what state was on the tag, but the fact that he had a gun means it’s more unlikely this was in a blue state. And the tag on the truck says “L 7 RANCH” so not likely to be driven by a blue-state snowflake — what was the punk thinking?

There's a number of "L7 Ranch" places in Texas, and Texas uses plates that are white with black lettering - very well could be there.
