Is there a Statue of Limitations for Treason? Of course not, it is a Federal crime that has the death penalty so no SOL.
They both can be tried still now or in two years or whenever the truth finally gets out because the truth always gets out!
Like cold case murders Treason is no different.
If I recall, the only person jailed for the Benghazi affair was the guy who made the youtube vid that HRC blamed it on.
