Just one example... instead of getting less than $50 a barrel for their crude they have actually been getting over $80 a barrel using under the table dealing. The same is true of all of their exports. Why? Because countries representing 90% of the world's population are ignoring all of the sanctions, and even our own European “allies” have been cheating left and right.
