“Through a lawyer, the woman has claimed that the video does not show the whole story. She claims that after she paid for the bike on the Citi Bike app, she was approached by a group of about five individuals who said the bike was theirs. She alleges that one or more of the individuals pushed the bike back into the docking station, causing it to re-lock and then prevented her from paying for it again.”

I have not seen that allegation elsewhere.

They said that the teens pushed the bike back into the lock, rubbing one kid's arm across her extended belly (she's yelling "you're touching my belly... my baby...).
They said the video began after they pushed the bike back into the lock, making it another viral video with the intent to mislead. They were equating it with the Nick Sandmann video that began with the Indian guy complaining, but when the full two-hour video was released showing that Sandmann and the other school kids were waiting for a bus while others around them were taunting them, the video's context changed.
That's what they're arguing here, that the video clip begins after the kids approached her to take the bike. She has the receipt, that should be the salient fact. So far, nobody from the teens' side has produced their own receipt in rebuttal.
