Watching my diet is greatly offset by watching my country swirl down the toilet.
As a serious note, stay aware without wallowing. My hubs tends to wallow. Do you need more than an hour of news per day?
Pray about the bad stuff, then go make the world better. Whether by doing your dishes, calling a friend, washing your car, donating to a charity, or getting the laundry done. Don’t sit and stew.
