One suspects a lot of places don't want to host the super bowl, similar to the Olympics. Some of the previous super bowls still haven't had a full disclosure of the costs to the taxpayers via government agencies and transit agencies in the area.

If places really wanted it, there would be a wait list ten years out instead of one as soon as 2026 where they're just deciding to locate it there.
