“How are Ukrainians feeling right now with everything we’re going through?
Ukraine is shelled every day. Russia kills our civilians and our Defenders. Russians torture Ukrainians on occupied territories. They kidnap our children. They force Ukrainians in captivity to exist in unbearable conditions. No one in Ukraine feels safe or sure about the future.
Sometimes Ukrainians are told we’re “aggressive” or “inflexible”.
But we’re not playing chess. We’re not a side in an academic discussion. We’re a bleeding country that is fighting for existence.
Ukraine has the right to voice its position, decide about its future! We are the subject, not the object!
