Assuming the family statement is true, the patient had heart valve issues...myocarditis doesn’t usually cause heart valve issues. There is always a possibility that the man had heart valve defects which were unknown until myocarditis exposed them.
The family doesn’t mention any other condition, so it is beyond any speculation as to the ultimate cause of death.

I have read a  few individual accounts of valve damage following Covid 'vaccination'. In the past 30 years of collecting information about patients after vaccination, the CDC received the most records of 'valve incompetence' following a Covid 'vaccinations'. So vaccines given for 10  - 20 years had far fewer reports of valve problems  compared with patients receiving Covid 'vaccinations'.

I am not saying it was vaccine harm but I see no reason to rule the possibility that the Covid 'vaccine' exacerbated a pre-existing heart issue or created the entire problem
