Women weren’t “hypergamous” two generations ago?

They didn't have the misandrist divorce laws of the Matriarchy to reward such behavior. They would try to pick the best they could from the first. Now many look at marriage as a break from riding the carousel and a chance to get alimony and a house out of breaking the deal.

They openly discuss the pros and cons of "Starter Marriages", if they even bother to get married. They want Chad or Pookie's kids and then some other chump to pay for them, because Chad and Pookie ain't sticking around.

Spot on. If you study the divorce laws of Asia and most of Europe (especially eastern Europe) almost anywhere has more balanced divorce laws than America.
