Wow. Do I remember this. My sister and I were in elementary school while all this was going on, and even though we lived clear across the country from where it was happening all we knew was that someone was threatening to shoot the tires of school buses and cause them to wreck. We were terrified. My mother actually had to lie to us and tell us that the police shot a man who confessed to being Zodiac as he was dying just to get us to stop worrying. And I believed it for years!
