Savage beast should have been hanged within a fortnight of his murderous act! What kind of justice is it that requires the parents and loved ones of the victims to be paying, perhaps for decades, to provide all the creature comforts, health benefits, etc for the murderer of their friends and relatives. Murdered 8. Maimed 18. No remorse. Belittles victims, and the families and friends of victims. And a jury cannot find it in them to mete out the death penalty?
Murdering babies is a right. But executing the worst kinds of criminals as a deterrent to future murders is just too hard.
