We had no such access. People feed their kids crap and give up control

Yup. If you've ever been in a school cafeteria, the regular milk ends up in the garbage, unopened.

“ Yup. If you’ve ever been in a school cafeteria, the regular milk ends up in the garbage, unopened.”

Again, we had no access. We were kids. If we had a choice we would toss the regular milk and go for the sugar

Parents give their kids over to this public school system and expect it to feed them properly

That’s pure insanity

There’s no basis in logic, history, economics or common sense for tgat assumption

As parents, the government takes something bad for kids away from them and people are outraged. They think the government hasn’t been given that right. They have. By the parents

When I taught spec. ed., some kids would bring us their unopened milk cartons to use in our cooking skills. Not one carton was ever chocolate milk.

At lunch time, all the custodians were manning the cafeteria’s trash cans. Kids would pay for their lunches and walk their trays straight to the garbage. So much waste.
