I think you may be onto something, in suggesting that the Durham Report awaits a new DOJ and FBI before it can be prosecuted.

I also see its value also as laying out the full conspiracy for future RICO prosecutions...so that every individual case doesn’t have to go back over the same ground of such a large criminal enterprise.

But prosecution is currently blocked. Crooked DOJ, FBI and judges are never going to prosecute themselves.

So this is just another reason they are desperate to stop Trump.

Actually I think his evidence will be used by the military. When Trump is back in the WH, mass arrests will have to happen before any justice can be served. Too many embedded traitors larded all over the fedgov.
