I was thinking earlier today about the Jan 6 trials - tried in front of a jury NOT composed of their peers - composed of the very people (or indirectly connected with) connected with the govt that the defendants are accused of 'overthrowing'. Thank God that Merrick Garland never made SCOTUS; now he can only destroy America as long as a corrupt govt will endure him.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Just my personal experience.

I have HEARD that melatonin keeps the flush at bay.

But I have also heard that taking melatonin regularly can inhibit your body’s ability to produce it naturally.

What I do: I have niacin in powder form. I mix it in a little water and then I sip it throughout the day. (It’s bitter, so you probably don’t want to make this your daily hydration. OTOH, I haven’t tried mixing it in a large volume of water, so maybe when it’s diluted, you won’t notice the taste.)

It’s been my experience (after lots of trial and error), that the flush is based on how large a dose of niacin that I take all at once. Spreading it out during the day works for me to prevent the flush. I have also noticed that if I have food in my stomach, especially something with some fat in it, the flush is reduced. Despite that, I have no problem taking a sip first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I started with a smaller dose and increased until I got the flush reaction.

The flush (for a small amount, not some massive overdose) is tolerable. Not pleasant, but not a huge deal. ... at leas that was my experience. On occasions where I got the flush, it started about 20 minutes after taking the niacin and lasted for about an hour. YMMV. It probably depends a lot on your personal metabolism, body chemistry, size of dose, etc.

For some reason some people don’t get what happened with Sessions and why he recused himself. Clearly President Trump appreciated his service, and the subsequent criticisms were obviously posturing for psyop reason that may (or may not?) become clear in the future. Note that drop is signed “Q+”.

I told my doctor I would not take any medication for blood pressure or cholesterol. Won’t do it! My BP is usually a bit high when I go in. Now he checks it again before I leave and it’s normal.

Not taking it and saying I did gave me a brand new perspective on doctors…
