Ukrainian sources reported Ukraine’s air defense shot down 15 out of the 18 missiles launched by Russian Tupolev Tu-95 and Tu-160 strategic bombers on Monday night.
Of course the war-criminal Russians targeted their missles at Ukrainian city of Ternopil, home to Ukraine’s Eurovision Song Contest representatives, as the competition was underway on Saturday evening!

Korniienko also informed his Estonian colleague about the current situation in Ukraine and recent missile attacks on Ukrainian cities. He stressed that Russia should be held accountable.
Korniienko thanked Estonia for its comprehensive support and significant assistance to Ukraine on its path to victory.”We are talking about the creation of a special tribunal to investigate crimes of armed aggression by the terrorist state on the territory of our country,” the Ukrainian parliamentarian said.

The target area might have been a munitions plant. The first and second large explosion/flash blasts being the result of explosive chemicals that were stored for munitions manufacturing.
