Gluck’’ can either mean ‘’happiness’’ or ‘’luck’’ in German. Does the umlaut change the meaning?
I knew "gluck" meant "luck". I didn't know it meant "happiness", but this word has an umlaut on it, and so I wasn't sure if it was "gluck".
