This is true, and it has been so for a very long time. The only thing that’s changed is the intensity of that contempt. And the intensity of the reaction to that contempt.
What is incorrect is limiting this contempt to the “drive bys”. This attitude of theirs is just an emanation of that of their audience.
What you have is a conflict of peoples. Half the people loathe the other half, and vice versa, more and more, and soon, I think, unto a cascade of killing rage. Then we shall have a high tech Hutu-Tutsi event.
