Thanks for your DHEA testimony.

I didn’t have time to research your benefits so I asked chatGPT. Besides what you mentioned are better bone density and anti-aging effects. Risks were hormonal imbalances, cancer, liver damage, CV issues. With a standard dose of 25-50 mg (also per AI) one would think your 12.5 mg dose would be a very slight risk.

Protein, healthy fats, C, and zinc may increase DHEA naturally. I made a note to get my level checked.

Apparently DHEA has a half life in the blood of only a few hours. One of the adrenal hormones stimulated by DHEA is DHEA itself. If you supplement with DHEA then you start producing more of it. That’s why a little bit can go a long way.
