She should have asked him if it was wrong for Russia to invade Ukraine. I would like to hear a straight yes or no. But I doubt that he would give a straight answer. That would concern me.
I believe he has condemned the invasion and would do it again. However, this time he preferred to say that it was a mistake.
I believe Trump tries to be extremely sincere. He thinks he will be president again and that he will have to negotiate with Putin. He’s being completely honest about how to approach it so hes not throwing out judgments that would offend Putin.
Trump is too honest he ought to just condemn Putin for now for the election but Trump doesn’t operate that way.
