Putin/Russian military could end bloodshed by stopping invasion and return home. Also, the following info may give further insight:
“The United States, our allies, and our partners worldwide are united in support of Ukraine in response to Russia’s premeditated, unprovoked, and unjustified war against Ukraine. We have not forgotten Russia’s earlier aggression in eastern Ukraine and occupation following its unlawful seizure of Crimea in 2014. The United States reaffirms its unwavering support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders, extending to its territorial waters.
Ukraine is a key regional strategic partner that has undertaken significant efforts to modernize its military and increase its interoperability with NATO. It remains an urgent security assistance priority to provide Ukraine the equipment it needs to defend itself against Russia’s war against Ukraine.
To date, nearly 50 Allies and partner countries have provided security assistance to Ukraine. Among their many contributions to Ukraine, Allies and partners have delivered 10 long-range Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS), 178 long-range artillery systems, nearly 100,000 rounds of long-range artillery ammunition, nearly 250,000 anti-tank munitions, 359 tanks, 629 armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), 8,214 short-range air defense missiles, and 88 lethal UAVs. Since February 24, Allies and partners worldwide have provided or committed over $13 billion in security assistance.”

You sound like another useful idiot and dupe for Russian imperialism. Same as we were plagued by communist dupes here (USA) during the Cold War. How proud you must be.
Putin’s Russian imperialism is same as the old USSR’s imperialism. Every Eastern European nation (Poland for example) hated being under the boot of the stupid, barbaric Russians. Putin idolizes Joe Stalin.
Ukraine is not in NATO.
We have no treaty with them.
Why are we killing the folks there?
If you say we are not, then our discussion is over.
For anyone to say Ukraine and Russia will not suffer large loss is a fool.
Your insane ideology paying to spill the blood for the cover of a New World Order.
Russia is not playing and there is nothing giving the USA the right to waste our treasure there.
We have no business there.
Stop killing them.
Go ahead and tell me what the political outcome it is that is desired for this.
I am curious how this is supposed to end up according to those supporting this action and why.
These are not the droids you’re looking for. 😏
“You support killing of young men on both sides.”
Perhaps you would be happier, should Russia actually successfully stay in Ukraine, to see them starve 3,000,000 Ukraine men, women, children, and babies all on one side like they have done before. There is a reason Ukrainians fight so hard! And that many of us support them!
All that needs to happen to stop deaths of young men on both sides is for the side that started this, by invading Ukraine’s borders, to simply pack up and go back across their borders into Russia. Soon, no people dying on either side. Victory for the people!

You speak with wisdom.
Yes, the truth is known. However, eyedigress refuses to acknowledge.
In Comment #41, I quoted for clarification from the May 9, 2023 U.S. Dept of State:
U.S. Security Cooperation with Ukraine
Fact Sheet
Bureau of Political-Military Affairs
And similarly, I closed with the comment:
“Putin/Russian military could end bloodshed by stopping invasion and return home.”
When I want to comment I hit this button thing tat says “POSt”!
Then when I’m done entering this text I hit another button labeled “post”
As much as you post you might look at how it’s labeled. If you can spam the thread you start with all these posts, maybe you can dead the buttons you use. Good luck scitzoMom
Have it to hand it to you revmom, you take all the flak thrown at you in stride; it’s admirable.
Cheers.

also add that, the Russians have boasted about how they will “cleanse” Ukraine, killing ALL of them.
Actually, Russia and the USA both willingly signed a defensive assurance agreement (treaty, filed as such at the UN).
It’s called the Budapest Memorandum.
Have you and your revisionist chums in the St Petersburg propaganda mills still not read it yet? Or, read it and didn’t understand it?
It is every bit as legitimate as NATO Article 5. Whether Ukraine is in NATO or not is utterly bloody irrelevant.
The agreement was, if both the USA and Russia wanted Ukraine to hand over the Soviet nuclear stockpile it was legitimately entitled to keep after the end of the Cold War, Russia and the USA must provide security guarantees to Ukraine that it would never be invaded or threatened by either party. Moreover, if anyone else tried to violate Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, both the USA and Russia would be OBLIGED to respond to Ukraine’ s call for assistance.
Both countries signed that commitment. As did the UK. China, Canada, France and the rest of NATO recognise that agreement.
It’s nobody’s fault but Russia’s that they violated that agreement repeatedly, despite knowing from day one it’d lead EVENTUALLY to Ukraine asking the US and UK come to their aid.
The USA is in Ukraine because Russia kept violating its obligations under the Budapest Memorandum.
It’s entirely the fault of Rashist Stalin-fetishist ideology that Russian men are dying in a pointless war in Ukraine.
All Russia had to do to no lose anyone to a war in Ukraine was, stop hitting itself over the head with the Sainted Spade of Chauvinism.
Russia has no legitimate claim to Crimea, or the Donbas, or Zaporozhzhia, or Kherson. None at all. Five treaties with Ukraine, the multilateral Budapest Memorandum, and the international UN Charter, all signed by Russia, invalidate all of Putin’s historical bollocks, USSR nostalgia, whataboutism and Peter the Great fantasies.
Do you like Golden Retrievers? Or know somebody close who has one?
This is not debate. Such as challenging with facts, data, information, news links or a civil counter-viewpoint. No. This is simple, pointless harassment of yours and showing up on somebody's thread to troll them and insult them, personal insults which are not allowed on FR. You should know better than to engage in such unprovoked behavior.
“When I want to comment”
Good for you! :)
You have the the basics.
Now. just try to think of something relevant to the post topic & then you will be a REAL FReeper !
“Have it to hand it to you revmom, you take all the flak thrown at you in stride; it’s admirable.

Thank you for your kind words.
I actually feel sorry for the “flak throwers.” It is better to just forgive them: ‘They know not what they do.’
It’s not supposed to end up. If it does then the zeepers won’t get those checks any more.
